Welcome To My Blog!

About me:

For those of you just joining my adventure, my name is Trey. My blogging journey began in early 2014 as I joined the United States Peace Corps in rural Ethiopia. My writing evolution started out a little rough so if you need something to put you to sleep go all the way back to the beginning and I’ve got you!

My time in the Peace Corps was transformative to me and put me on my current path to gain my Master of Social Work degree. At the time of this writing I am currently in Butare Rwanda working for DukeEngage. My blog picks up again in Rwanda and we’ve been going through what it means to be in this country.

I hope you enjoy my posts and I love hearing from you so please don’t hesitate to hit the “comment” button and leave a message!
